Welcome to Tales of a Pillow Thief. Why pillow thief?  Well, if you work in a hospital, you know as well as I do that pillows are a hot commodity. Nurses, especially night shift nurses, are experts at creative acquisition. We start out timid, worried that we may upset someone's apple cart by taking a pillow off that clean bed. In reality, we all do it, we all steal pillows for our patients. Some patients only need one or two, but there are some who require eight or ten.
